Terms and conditions

1. If you are joining the fantasy eye website and the games played on this website, then you are bound to play within the terms and conditions of play as specified by Fantasy eye.

2. Entry: All the registration Details you have entered are correct. No stars will be scored for the teams created after the match series has started. The scoring will start from the following match.

3. The entry fee for any series you join is £4.00(GBP).

4. All the team managers i.e. the entrants must be 18 or over.

5. By registering and accepting these terms and conditions, the entrants confirm that gambling is not illegal or forbidden in the state or country from which they register from. Fantasy eye will not be held responsible for any fines imposed as a result of forbidden entry.

6. Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. The records in the computer will be considered as an entry. The decisions made from fantasy eye are final.

7. Fantasy eye reserves all the rights to refuse a team name that appears to be inappropriate or offensive. All inappropriate names will be deleted and the team will be named using the username or login id.

8. The players included in the players list and their category's i.e. batsman bowler or all rounder will be decided by Fantasy Eye.  Addition of the players is solely dependent on Fantasy Eye; no related correspondence will be entered into the details of the player list. No players will be added which are not on the published list.  Any new players will be added to the player list into to the appropriate nation's squad.

9. Stars will be awarded on the basis of the players bowling, batting and fielding performances. Please refer to the Stars System page for a more systematic breakdown of how the scoring system works.

10. Unlimited changes will be allowed prior to the match start. All changes are effective as soon as the changes are made. You must ensure that the team changes follow all the rules of the game. And the total team budget does not exceed the set team budget also team players are selected according to the specified combinations.

11. The entire website is copyrighted by Fantasy eye. No information may be reproduced in any format without a prior written consent from Fantasy eye. Fantasy eye should be notified if there are any doubts in accordance to the copyright policy of the above rules and anything related to this website. 

12. Any entry will be refused if it doesn't comply with the rules and regulations of the game. Fantasy eye reserves the rights to disqualify or amend any rules of the competition at any time and the entrants agree that no liability shall be attached to Fantasy eye. So no compensation will be payable or paid to any participant.  This is a condition of entry that the entrant abides and accepts all these rules.

13. Any user found to be attempting or suspected of attempting to hack into any server or systems run by the Fantasy Eye will be immediately removed from the system and have any subscriptions or payments cancelled and won't be eligible for any type of refund. Fantasy eye also reserves the rights to notify the matters to the authorities and to take out legal action against the user.

14. All prizes will be distributed within 4 weeks after the completion of the tournament. The prizes will be distributed equally if there are any ties between users.  The prize will be distributed to the person originally registered on our database. If the prizewinner does not wish to accept the prize and if there is no reply from the winner then a waiting period of 4 weeks will be given. If there is no reply from the user the winner will lose the rights to claim the prize. This is a condition of claiming the prize and the user accepts this condition by agreeing to these terms and conditions.

15. The cheques will only be sent to the registered address of the winner. 

16. Refund Policy

The user needs to notify fantasy eye 24 hrs before the start of the tournament if they need to cancel their entry and require a refund. No refunds will be given after the tournament has started.

17. As the website involves lots of calculations there are chances of possible mistakes all the mistakes will be looked at matter of urgency and we will try to correct the mistakes. If any technical problem occurs then fantasy eye will not be held liable for it. But fantasy eye will try to help to the customer benefits.
